Wayne Fletcher

Wayne is an experienced Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor with a demonstrated success of delivering projects for clients across multiple industry sectors. 

Throughout his career Wayne has been involved in construction and development schemes ranging from small commercial extensions and refurbishment projects to multi million pound new build developments and regeneration schemes. 

As a commercial advocate, Wayne regularly engages in business development activities and rapport building to nurture and grow successful client relationships. His friendly, honest, pro-active approach has resulted in a string of solid long-term relationships and successful repeat business. 

Wayne is the founder and a Director at Austin Fletcher. 

In his personal life Wayne enjoys socialising with family and friends, walks in the countryside and watching football. He also enjoys anything car related and has a keen interest in science and the natural world.
