Our Latest Appointment with St.Modwen

Austin Fletcher is delighted to announce their formal appointment to assist St.Modwen in the site wide coordination and management of their Longbridge site in Birmingham.

Longbridge is the former home of Austin Mini and the site, which spans over 468 acres, is now being developed across a variety of sectors including offices, retail, manufacturing and housing.
